Temporary and Permanent Employment
For the successful placement of a physician in temporary or permanent employment, dres.connect GmbH charges a commission which is subject to VAT; this commission is borne by the employer and is to be agreed between both parties prior to
the assumption of dres.connect GmbH’s services. The amount of this commission is determined according to the scope of services requested.
Locum Positions
For successful placement of a physician in a paid temporary locum position dres.connect GmbH
charges a fee consisting of an administration fee and commission liable
to VAT which is borne by the employer as the principal party. The fee
becomes payable once dres.connect GmbH has forwarded a physician’s contact details to the employer. The administration fee amounts to 40 Euro.
The
commission becomes payable upon the binding contract between the
employing institution and the physician; both parties are obliged to
inform dres.connect GmbH
of the contract within three working days. The commission amounts to 8%
of the salary for the agreed period of the locum position. In case of
the conclusion of multiple locum position contracts with the same
employer, both salary and commission become due separately. Where dres.connect GmbH
has established a contact between a physician and an employer with the
aim of establishing a locum contract and both parties conclude a
temporary or permanent work relationship, dres.connect GmbH’s commission is determined according to point 2.2.1 (Paragraph 3) of our General Terms and Conditions.
The above commission is to be fixed between both parties prior to the assumption of dres.connect GmbH services. The amount of this commission is to be determined according to the scope of services requested.
